How to order your custom burn
1) Fill out our online custom order form
    - Once order form has been received you will receive an order confirmation unless we need some more detailed information.
2) Pay Deposit
    - Before any design work commences we require a 25% non refundable deposit.
    - You will receive a payment request via link & email invoice/receipt for your records.
    - If you wish to pay via bank transfer, or PayID details will be attached to email confirmation. Please email wf.ivylaineco@gmail once paid. 
3) Deposit Received  
    - Once your deposit has been received, designing & burning will commence.
    - The design & creation process time varies. You will receive an estimated completion date in your confirmation email. 
4) Completed Burn
    - Once your amazing new burn is complete & ready to be shipped to you, we will contact you via email with some photo’s of your products unless of course you specify you would like to keep the final piece as a surprise when you open it for the first time.
    - You will also receive a request for the outstanding amount. Please email wf.ivylaineco@gmail.com once paid. 
5) Packaging & Shipping
    - Your order will be packed safely & securely and will be sent via registered post and we will forward all tracking details to your email.
    - Postage cost will vary & cost will be confirmed & included in total cost. 
    - Local pick up is based in Ashmore, Gold Coast or Kingscliff, NSW  
6) Finally
    - Thank you again for choosing to work with Wild Fire & trusting us to create you something truely unique & special
    - We would greatly appreciate if you could snap some photos of your new Wild Fire burn on display or posing with it & leave us a review & please tag us when sharing on socials.
